2011 Challenge - Week Six

I've maintained my weight loss from the last weigh in - still 155 lbs. Although at certain angles I am convinced I've lost another pound... but again, I think this is the wonky scale toying with me. No change for waist measurement (sigh) and don't even talk to me about... yada yada yada.
Eat Less:
Continue with Photo Food Diary. Starbucks Savings plan continue. Cheese Intervention Plan - still no cheese for snacking, and keep cheese as part of a meal to a minimum. Maximum allowed is one meal this week. Continue - minimum 3 meals this week with salad, and more veggies.
Move More:
Since I didn't make last weeks goal, I am going to set the same unchanged goal of averaging 5,000 steps this week, and aim to walk 4,000 steps 4 out of the 7 days. I am determined to get up to 90 seconds for the Plank and the Wall Sit. So I am going to continue to try and do that. Minimum 5 out of 7 days.
