2010 Challenge - 6/26/2010 - Rainbow
June 27, 2010
Yesterday we met up with Mom and Dad to take them fishing. We took them to Bear Creek Lake, but it poured with rain. So we went to the Blue Cow for a quick bite, and them the storm cleared and this beautiful rainbow appeared. Shot with Canon S3. 1/200, f/5.6 6mm.
We then went fishing and watched the sun set over Bear Creek Lake.
It's hard to believe that this is taken in the middle of suburbia!

Canon S3. 1/80, f/4.5, 6mm. ISO 800.
I had a peak today inside one of the new buildings that are slated to open in August. I was really impressed with the facilities, and the art work in some of the lecture rooms.
I converted to black and white and did some special effects in iPhoto.
